This web page gives you information you need to inform members and nonmembers about Kaiser Permanente’s Community Health Coverage Progam (CHCP), assist them with enrolling or changing coverage, and more. The web page is only for our community partners, so please do not share the web page address with current or prospective applicants, their family members, or other members of the public.
