Eligible dependents can continue to receive the subsidy until they turn 21, no matter how long they&#8217;ve been in the program.<\/li>\n<li>The CHCP subsidy is available as a one-time resource, and all members must reapply annually. If you no longer meet the eligibility requirements, you will be disenrolled from CHCP. You will remain enrolled in the <span class=\"ui-provider bqd bqe bqf bqg bqh bqi bqj bqk bql bqm bqn bqo bqp bqq bqr bqs bqt bqu bqv bqw bqx bqy bqz bra brb brc brd bre brf brg brh bri brj brk brl\" dir=\"ltr\">HI Standard Platinum 0\/10 Off<\/span> plan, but you\u2019ll have to pay the full monthly premiums and out-of-pocket cost unless you ask us to end your membership or until you fail to pay the full premium.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]\n<div class=\"hr-blue\"><\/div>\n<h2>Other Kaiser Permanente coverage options<\/h2>\n<p>If you do not meet the requirements for CHCP, financial help from the government could help you get affordable health coverage for you and your family. Other Kaiser Permanente health coverage options include:<\/p>\n<h3>QUEST (Medicaid)<\/h3>\n<p><strong>You may be eligible for QUEST (Medicaid) if:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You\u2019re younger than 19 with a total household income at or below 266% of the federal poverty level (for example, $98,366 for a family of 4 in 2025)<\/li>\n<li>You\u2019re 19 or older with a total household income at or below 138% of the federal poverty level (for example, $24,826 for a single person or $51,032 for a family of 4 in 2025)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Kaiser Permanente is a QUEST (Medicaid) provider and may be available to you.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"color: var(--wpex-text-2);font-family: var(--wpex-body-font-family, var(--wpex-font-sans));font-size: var(--wpex-body-font-size, 13px)\">Please note:<\/strong><span style=\"color: var(--wpex-text-2);font-family: var(--wpex-body-font-family, var(--wpex-font-sans));font-size: var(--wpex-body-font-size, 13px)\"> Many Hawaii residents-including non-citizens-now qualify for QUEST (Medicaid). Those who qualify for QUEST (Medicaid) are not eligible for CHCP.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/healthy.kaiserpermanente.org\/hawaii\/shop-plans\/medicaid\/why-kp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Learn more about QUEST (Medicaid) with Kaiser Permanente.<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Health care coverage plans through the health benefit exchange<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Buy health care coverage through the health benefit exchange<\/strong>. If you qualify, you may get help paying for your plan premiums or out-of-pocket costs. Remember to enroll during the health benefit exchange open enrollment period. If you wait until after the open enrollment period ends, you&#8217;ll need a qualifying life event to enroll in a new plan. There are different periods in which you may be eligible to enroll in a Medicare health plan.
