You will receive the Reapplication Packet in the mail in early August. You may also request a PDF version of the form from your community partner or email bridge@kp.org. Starting in 2026, there is a maximum subsidy duration of up to 3 years in a row.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please Note: <\/strong>You must continue to meet all the eligibility criteria for the program. You will need to obtain a community partner verification letter from your community partner and submit current income documents.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;What if I miss the Annual Reapplication Period?&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1655836891537-609c067f-f915&#8243;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]If you do not complete and submit the reapplication form by the October 1 deadline, you can still apply during the Open Enrollment Period (November 1 \u2013 January 15). This option may be available to applicants born in the United States or lawful permanent residents who meet the following eligibility requirements:\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">Children younger than 19 living in households with income at or below 252% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) ($40,219 for an individual or $83,160 for a family of 4 in 2026). Kaiser Permanente is a Pediatric Medicaid provider and may be available to you.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">Adults 19 &#8211; 64 with household income up to 100% of the federal poverty level ($15,960 for an individual or $33,000 for a family of 4 in 2026) and doing a qualified activity (part\/full-time employment, on-the-job training, job readiness assistance program, community service, vocational educational training, enrollment in the Vocational Rehabilitation program of the Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency (GVRA), higher education) for 80 hours\/month.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">Pregnant individuals with income up to 225% of the FPL ($35,910 for an individual or $74,250 for a family of 4 in 2026).<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">Seniors and people with disabilities with limited household income may also qualify.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">For more information, please visit <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/kp.org\/medicaid\/ga\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">kp.org\/medicaid\/ga<\/a>.<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Consider Medicare, a federal program available to people ages 65 or older. There are different periods in which you may be eligible to enroll in a Medicare health plan. If you have limited household income, you may qualify for Medicaid. If you qualify, you may get help paying for your plan premiums or out-of-pocket costs. Remember to enroll during the Georgia Access open enrollment period. If you wait until after the open enrollment period ends, you&#8217;ll need a qualifying life event to enroll in a new plan.
