If you travel out of state, phone appointments and video visits may not be available due to state laws that may prevent doctors from providing care across state lines. Laws differ by state. <\/em><br \/>\n<sup><span class=\"wpex-text-sm\">2<\/span><\/sup><em>\u00a0These features are available when you get care from Kaiser Permanente facilities. To use the Kaiser Permanente app, you must be a member registered on <a href=\"https:\/\/healthy.kaiserpermanente.org\/front-door\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">kp.org<\/a>. For parents using online features for a child, online access is modified when a child turns age 12 due to state privacy laws.<\/em>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]\n<div class=\"hr-blue\"><\/div>\n<h3>Benefit details<\/h3>\n<p>With CHCP, you are enrolled in the KP CO Gold 0\/25 RX Copay health plan.
