Eligible dependents can continue to receive the subsidy until they turn 21, no matter how long they&#8217;ve been in the program.<\/li>\n<li>The CHCP subsidy is available as a one-time resource, and all members must reapply annually. If you no longer meet the eligibility requirements, you will be disenrolled from CHCP. You will remain enrolled in the KP CO Gold 0\/25 RX Copay plan, but you\u2019ll have to pay the full monthly premiums and out-of-pocket costs unless you ask us to end your membership or until you fail to pay the full premium.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]\n<div class=\"hr-blue\"><\/div>\n<h2>Other Kaiser Permanente coverage options<\/h2>\n<p>If you do not meet the requirements for CHCP, financial help from the government could help you get affordable health coverage for you and your family. Other Kaiser Permanente health coverage options include:<\/p>\n<h3>Health First Colorado (Colorado&#8217;s Medicaid Program)<\/h3>\n<p><strong>You may be eligible for Health First Colorado (Colorado&#8217;s Medicaid Program) or Child Health Plan <em>Plus<\/em> (CHP+) if:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">You\u2019re 19 or older with a total household income at or below 138% of the federal poverty level (for example, $21,597 for a single person or $44,367 for a family of 4 in 2025).<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">You\u2019re younger than 19 with a total household income at or below 265% of the federal poverty level (for example, $85,519 for a family of 4 in 2025).<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/kp.org\/medicaid\/co\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Learn more about Health First Colorado (Colorado&#8217;s Medicaid Program) or Child Health Plan <em>Plus<\/em> (CHP+) with Kaiser Permanente<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Health coverage plans through Connect for Health Colorado<\/h3>\n<p>You can buy health care coverage on Colorado&#8217;s health benefit exchange, <a href=\"https:\/\/connectforhealthco.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Connect for Health Colorado<\/a>. If you qualify, you may get help paying for your plan premiums or out-of-pocket costs. Remember to enroll during Connect for Health Colorado&#8217;s open enrollment period. If you wait until after the open enrollment period ends, you&#8217;ll need a qualifying life event to enroll in a new plan. There are different periods in which you may be eligible to enroll in a Medicare health plan.
